I. structural characteristics

1. HSDH series three screw pump is a kind of advanced quantitative volume pump, which is made up of special shape helical surface. When working, the active screw rotates under the drive of the prime mover, and its moving seal chamber conveys the liquid from the inlet to the outlet continuously and continuously without pulsation along the axis. In the whole transportation process, because the volume of the seal cavity does not change and the medium is not compressed, the pump runs smoothly, has low noise, small vibration and stable flow.

2. the main and follower screw adopt axial low pressure balance. The main and follower screw is in the tension state in operation, so the screw is not easy to deform; the follower screw is driven by hydraulic force. There is no contact between the main and follower screw, so there is no wear on the screw;

3. the pump body is double layer structure, the interlayer can heat the medium in the pump through the heating medium;

4. the direction of the inlet and outlet of the pump can be changed according to the requirements of the user, There are back in and out (base type, in and out, left in and out, right in and out, etc.) (see code name for details, easy to use on site.

Selection steps and matters needing attention

2. According to the viscosity of the medium at working temperature, select the rotation speed of the pump, the general viscosity is less than 300mm / 2 / s, and select n=1450r/min is more suitable. When the viscosity is greater than 300mm / 2 / s, please carefully consider the necessary cavitation allowance of the pump, To avoid pump vibration;
3. from the pump performance table, according to the required flow rate, pressure and other parameters of the initial selection of pump specifications;

4. from the pump On the necessary cavitation meter P15), the NPSHr value of the necessary cavitation allowance of the pump is found out according to the pump specifications, rotational speed and viscosity.
5. if the NPSHr value of the necessary cavitation allowance of the pump is less than the NPSHa value of the cavitation allowance of the pipeline device, then the pump type selection is correct.If the NPSHr value of the necessary cavitation allowance of the pump is greater than the NPSHa value of the cavitation margin of the pipe installation, the pump with a large file should be selected or the rotational speed should be reduced, and the NPSHr value should be adjusted again. NPSHr ≤ NPSHa K (general safety margin K = 0.3-0.5m)

6. after selecting the pump specifications, Under the corresponding viscosity, the flow rate and shaft power N _ 1 of this specification pump under working pressure P are found out from the table, and the motor power N _ 2N _ 2 ≥ K _ N _ 1 is selected.
